The AmeriFirst team had the opportunity to reach tens of thousands of people at the International Builders Show, and Kitchen and Bath Industry Show held in January at the Orlando Conference Center.

The three-day event saw more than 90,000 attendees in the convention center to visit the booths of manufacturers and trade-related demonstrations. In 2017, about 10,000 fewer people attended the show.

The AmeriFirst team encouraged booth traffic with an iPad giveaway for registered guests. This was the second outing for the booth. It was first displayed two months earlier at a Nashville show along with AmeriFirst’s signature accessory: full logo’d hard hats.

George DeMare, Vice President of Business Development, said that the logo’s hard hats were such a hit at the Nashville show that they had to wear them again in the Sunshine State.

Team members Callie Schmid and Terri McDowell greeted potential merchants and explained the advantages of an AmeriFirst partnership.

“It was great to meet new, potential partners and get them approved on the spot for more profitability in 2018,” DeMare said.

One of AmeriFirst’s goals at this event was to meet more people than at the previous Nashville show – which certainly helped with so many attendees. DeMare and the rest of the team were impressed with this show and have already made plans to have AmeriFirst represented at the 2019 show in Las Vegas.

The International Builders Show brings building industry professionals from across the globe to discover a variety of products and innovative concepts to enhance their businesses.
